the staff went above and beyond our expectations. The room was clean both in smell and amenities, but the walls could use a bit of attention. Breakfast was greatly appreciated, and it was nice that pets were welcome. Thanks for the lovely stay. will be doing it again

I didn't actually stay the night I had booked at the Comfort Inn and Suites. The highway between salmon arm and golden was closed for emergency avalanche service, and they refunded my entire stay. Even though I had booked a non-refundable stay, they still refunded me. Obviously this place is well managed and cares about people.
