"The room was very clean. Had everything we needed including mini fridge. The walls are very thin. The people in the next room were extremely loud and after 11 pm we finally had to call the front desk to complain. Thank goodness they were only there one night out of three night stay. The food in the restaurant and bar was very good. Flatbreads were amazing. All the staff were very nice. Pool and hot tub area very clean and well maintained. Elevators are slow. We used the stairs for most of our stay. We were on the third floor and could hear the band in one of the party rooms on the first floor. The vibrations were very strong from the bass. Luckily the party was over by 10 pm. All in all it was a good stay. The hotel is in walking distance to many shops and restaurants and quick drive to Lake George. "

"Hotel charges us for a rollway bed even though they knew we were a family of 5 and knew we would need 1 extra bed. Also zero flexibility on late check out even though the hotel was nowhere close to fully booked. They could have been a little more friendly and accommodating. I dont think we'll be back anytime soon unfortunately. "
