Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Greatly appreciated being moved from an upstair unit to a ground floor. Had great fun playing the 'string bowling', ideal for kids. Arcade games are a great attraction too. Great complimentary snacks, which were all replenished the next day too! Lot's of hotel/motels don't do this which is annoying. Really enjoyed our stay, will definitely stay again when we're back in Sale - Thanks!

We had a short stay over the weekend and it was a fantastic experience. Staff were amazing and helpful. Very reasonable and flexible even with the late checkout for 11am because we were travelling with little kids. Gaming arcade - specially 10 pin bowling & duckpin bowling were fantastic experiences. We all had a great time would definitely recommend this place.
