The large park around the property offers the perfect environment for relaxation and outdoor activities, whether on foot or by bike. This was a lovely villa in a beautiful area. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool- (possibly older teenagers (which we didnt have) may have found it big enough between them?). However, it was perfect for the ages of our children - [four of them aged between 5 and 13]. The location was great for a wine tasting tour of a local vinyard (Carsin Vinyard - really informative and friendly), day trips to St Emillion and back to Bordeaux twice. Great supermarket nearby in Cadillac. Beautiful accomodation, great sized bedrooms, washing machine (great having kids in the pool all the time!!!), BBQ and outside eating space, loungers and chairs, great sized indoor spaces too. We couldnt have asked for a more perfect holiday, or a more perfect host!!!! :) (just take mosquito repellent- i found out i react to bites)
