Cozy cabin getaway

The cabin is on the smaller side, but with 5 of us we liked how cozy it was. It was nice to be away from the road and be able to relax and feel alone. Max the donkey is a big highlight of the property (:

Day into night

We took in some stargazing around the fire pit that was unforgettable. And enjoyed the river’s serenity and challenges on a day trip. The hosts, Kevin and Amy, went out of there way to make our stay enjoyable. Oh yes, farm fresh eggs and a friendly donkey corralled next door!

Beautiful property

Loved the cabin. The stargazing was amazing. We were quite lucky to have no cloud cover and were even able to see the comet. The shower was great. The fireplace was cozy. Kitchen fully stocked. Max the donkey was so cute. Would love to stay again someday.

Wonderful, Peaceful Stay

This cabin is close enough to town while also feeling secluded. Star viewing was amazing. Cabin was very cozy, clean, and a fun, unique place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

Clean, convenient, and cozy!

The cabin was clean and presented accurately online. The kitchen is stocked, and the gas grill worked easily. We came to float, and the proximity to the Gilbert General store was perfect! Highly recommend this property!

Great cabin near Buffalo River

We enjoyed our time at this cabin. We floated and hiked the Buffalo River and spent the evenings at the cabin enjoying the outdoors (incredible star gazing here!). We liked the movie and game options in the cabin for evening entertainment.

A slice of Heaven!

We really enjoyed our time at this well crafted, CLEAN, A-frame cabin situation at the top of this hill that has views of rolling acres with cattle, sheep, and birds all to enjoy just from your front porch! The home was fully stocked with everything you need from ample toilet paper and linens to even movies and board games for the whole family. My 3 kids (ages 8- almost 16), really loved the loft that is accessed by a spiral staircase. They enjoyed their own beds with custom built-ins for all their things! Don’t wait, book your stay here and escape from all your worries… I promise you won’t regret it!

They thought of everything

This place is even better than it looked online. The hosts thought of everything. The beds upstairs were super cozy and each had its own plug in for chargers, overhead reading light, and cubby for storage. The guide had instructions for everything in the house. The location is very convenient to town, but so dark at night that you can see the Milky Way. Scenic views, including farm animals really made it extra special. Truly incredible place. We might go back every year.

Absolutely amazing!!

This property was the best VRBO ever!! Close to the river and hiking! The cabin is also close to town with adorable little shops. The cabin had everything you could want! The master bed was sooo comfortable!! The cabin was so unique and beautiful. Sitting outside on the deck watching the stars was amazing. We had a campfire at the fire ring and roasted s'mores. The best thing ever, we watched the fireflies all around!! We will come back to this cabin!!

Gorgeous!

This is a beautiful place. It is comfortable and clean, everything is well labeled, and books about the area are available. There are board games and great movie options. The shower is incredible. This is also a great place for star gazing and relaxation.

Perfect location for visiting Buffalo National River with several hiking trails and river access nearby. Cabin was very clean and well appointed.
