No Wi-Fi. Shared grounds of 1,500 m², private area of 500 m² with garden furniture and barbecue. Farm nearby. Gîte located in the Natura 2000 area with significant flora and fauna. Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €40/stay; Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
Additional charges: Tourist tax; Electric heating: general meter reading (less 8 kWh per day for normal consumption): payable to the owner.
