The room was distgusting, as soon as you walked in - it smelled horrible. There was food caked on the head boards, tooth paste all over the mirror and walls. There was dirty underwear on the ground at the front desk, and the front desk guy passed it idk how many times before he picked them up. It smelled like rotten milk as soon as you walked in the front door. The fridge was filthy with an odor. The microwave maybe hasnt been cleaned in YEARS & smelled like blown up hot dogs. There was only 2 great staff members, and I only caught the name of one. Yolanda was in the breakfast area in the morning and was helpful to everyone! She had a smile, and saying 'Good Morning' to everyone. She was helpful, and quick to replace food that went out. Other then her, the front desk maintence guy in the morning was extremely nice as well. Outside of them 2, the place was distgusting and terrible! Absolutely NEVER again!

We did not enjoy our stay much. The bed was hard as a rock. The water in the toilet was so high in the bowl, I could not sit on it without parts of me dipping in the water. There are signs on the front desk and in the hotel soliciting tips, which is just tacky. For a deluxe suite, the room was dirty and gross. The shower made a loud screeching sound the whole time and was so high pressured it felt like my skin was gonna rip off. Just an overall unpleasant stay.

The person that checked us in was a bit unfriendly but every other staff member was awesome! The lady that helped with breakfast was so helpful and kind. We were there for a tournament so my kids loved the pool/hot tub to come relax in when they got back. The beds were pretty stiff. The pillows are tiny. But over for what we paid it was well worth it. It’s not a brand new fancy hotel but it worked well for our needs. Would definitely go back here!

we were not told that you only clean every three days. Needless to say, our room needed cleaning at least daily. No beds made for 3 days, and trash was emptied daily.... not exactly good housekeeping. we had one .75 ounce shampoo bottle for 3 days and one very small bar of soap for 3 days no one replaced any bathroom supplies we had to ask for new towels, and we were told by the Manager at the desk, we needed to bring down our dirty towels and they would be replaced. poor people skills by management. Can not recommend this place and will never return here .... it was supposed to be a 44 th anniversary trip for us.... to bad this was where we were recommended to stay for 3 days.....Should have stayed elsewhere , as should you!!

The beds & pillows were hard, bathtub did not have a tub stopper, vending machine was out of Pepsi, hotel’s pool isn’t kid friendly after 9pm of which we weren’t told that at check in, but it was manageable since we had the hottest water, the pool & hot tub was nice plus the staffs were mostly friendly (1 older front desk lady wasn’t approachable).

The front entry wasn’t the cleanest. The front desk lady and her mom were busy feeding her kids and grand kids so they were not attentive. Had to ask 3 times to get a yogurt. No meat with breakfast, snarky lady said “ there is sausage gravy for meat”. I will NOT stay here again.
