Perfect for us!

Our stay was during Sacramento County fair, the house was conveniently located near Cal Expo for our early morning check-ins. The house was very clean and host was very friendly in communications.

Comfortability at its finest

This 4 bedroom rental has the most comfortable beds. The overall cleanliness is superb. My family and I enjoyed our stay and with the venue we attended was mere minutes away, so It was perfect. It it located close to many eateries and the mall and many stores if one chooses to explore. I would definately recommend. Thank you for hosting us, we would definately choose this place again. SAC FAIR 2024

It was most enjoyable stay, it is close to the fairgrounds & all shops. Also, had the perfect number of bedrooms & bathrooms. We had previously stayed in 2022 & were pleased with the property then, however, this time we were taken aback w/ the minimal dinner ware, glasses and cookware. Also, the supplies for our stay (paper products & cleaning supplies) were not stocked up properly. We may even book it again next year!!

Great locale but needs some tlc

The property has a great location. It needs a little work. There is only one TV on the property. The master bedrooms bed was on the floor it has no bedframe. The shower is not built for anyone size 12 and up as there is NO wiggle room at all. The house had some manicure issues that need to be cared for. Missing slats in back door. Family Roadtrip

We were looking for a place to hang out while visiting family. We were to have been 8 adults and 2 children. We ended up being 6 adults and 2 small children. This place fit the bill. My 3 year old granddaughter loved the large tic tak toe game in back and it kept her occupied enough for us to have timeto get ready. The tv and wifi worked great for family get togethers. Any issues we had were addressed quickly by the host

Easy and smooth stay

Our stay was seamless and we ran into no issues. My cousins and i enjoyed the space and was pleased with how kind Fong was. Such a great host and would definitely recommend staying here again if we want to visit Sacramento.

Cute House, Convenient Location

House was cute, very clean, with nice bedding and towels and full access TV. Four bedrooms was ideal for the 7 of us. The yard worked well for our dogs and the location was super convenient to shopping, food, Sacramento State, and downtown for an event we attended. Fong was great to work with and checked in to see if we had questions or needed anything.

Nice, clean and spacious!

We had a pleasant but short stay here! All the beds were very comfortable and we fit four people in separate rooms very easily. Everything was clean and worked well, the host was really responsive, and check-in was a breeze. It's a suburban neighborhood--houses are pretty close together but it was very peaceful on the weeknight we stayed. Convenient to Route 50. Thank you!
