Fabulous, especially for a larger family or group! Amazing location. We had two small dogs with us and the cleanliness of this home exceeded expectations for a dog friendly rental, zero issues. Kitchen is nicely stocked. Communication with host was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, great view of the ocean, quiet and private feeling, dog friendly, lots of kitchen supplies, comfortable beds and clean! We had nothing to criticize except the early, 10am, check out. We are used to 11am. 10 did make us feel slightly rushed the morning of check out. We would/will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house and would absolutely come back again. While the home is a bit older, it was perfect for our large family. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably, which made the trip even more enjoyable.The kitchen was especially impressive—fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. One of the highlights was the incredible ocean views.The location is also fantastic, with easy access to nearby towns like Rockaway, Garibaldi, and Tillamook, making it convenient to explore the area.Overall, this home checked all the boxes for us, and we will definitely be booking again in the future!

Great Location, Great View, Great Stay

This house was a perfect setting for a long weekend at the beach. There is adequate room for 10 people to sleep as well as additional yard space for friends to day-visit. The proximity to the beach was excellent. The view from the living room was lovely - looking out at Twin Rocks.

perfect for my large family. this is our second year in a row. two minute walk to the beach. I am a little sad they put a street light in as it makes star gazing from the deck difficult due to the light.

The place is dated but compared to what you get out of this location it is totally worth it! My bestie, our kids and the pup all had an amazing weekend getaway over Veterans weekend. The space was absolutely perfect. It was clean and had every amenity we could possibly need. Fully stocked kitchen and appliances for cooking our own meals and doing laundry. The beach access and privacy is unbeatable! My only suggestion to the homeowner would be to update the kitchen faucet and shower fixtures as they gotta be circa 1980 and don’t work great. We will definitely be back! Kids are already asking for this to be an annual tradition.

Best House in Rockaway

We've been staying at this house a few times a year for several years now and it is just the best house in Rockaway to stay in and easy beach access if you have pets. Has everything you could need to cook with and plenty of porch room for pets to chill out of the sun on.. Until next time :)

Beach Getaway

Perfect for Family get together during this time of social distancing. The house was comfortable for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The short walk to the beach made everything easier.

Family Time

We enjoyed the large living room and kitchen to share meals and game time. The view of the ocean was magnificent. We walked the dogs at the beach each day during our visit, they LOVED IT

The property was perfect no problems at all!! The views from the balcony were awesome!! The house was so easy to just relax and feel like you were at home! Management checked in via text frequently which was great I knew if there was a problem they would be on it!! Thank you for a great vacation!

Family Weekend

The property was private, with a spacious porch and large windows with a beautiful view of the ocean. Plenty of sleeping options and the ping pong table was a hit. The place was clean and comfortable. Use the map provided through the web site, two guest got lost using their GPS.

We had the beach to ourselves

Our family loved this home, and this area of Rockaway beach! No crowds. Long beach walks in both directions. The deck is awesome. Plenty of space to spread out. Would definitely recommend and return.
