I felt safe and the housekeeping staff was amazing. The room was clean and the breakfast was good and the staff that attended to the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. Check in staff was not very friendly.

At first glance the room appeared to be fine. I crawled in bed for the night, but kept feeling bites all over. I flipped back the covers, only to find lots of flea-sized bugs on the sheets and pillows. The management tried to give me another room, but I would not stay in that hotel one more minute! I had to take Benedryl to calm all the itching and left to find a clean hotel to stay in for the rest of the night. The next morning we contacted the manager, and he assured us he had already refunded the price of the room through Expedia.

upon arrival we were informed the pool and gym where closed due to a sprinkler system misfunction. the clerk was clearly overwhelmed. Guests were asking for full refunds, the door to room 203 looked like someone had broken into it and it took several attempts to get a key to work. The carpets inside the room were badly stained. I have stayed at this location a few times. it has always been well maintained. Not sure what happened this time.
