Ideal location to the Mayo Clinic. Outdoor patios were a nice touch. Rooms were spacious and clean although they need additional housekeepers, although the 2 tried. They only come into the rooms to clean every 6 days. Breakfasts were good and every night Monday-Thursday they made soup. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is a working mini fridge and kitchenette. They offer soup in the evening, a standard free breakfast, and a bar. Staff was friendly.

The room was not clean. The front desk staff was disinterested in being helpful. The elevator wasn’t working and no one seemed to care. Only half the showerhead was working and bathroom tile was missing. Simply not a normal high-quality Hyatt experience. More like what I would expect from a budget hotel.

The room was clean and staff was helpful. One thing that was really great was that both nights of our stay they had soup available. That was great since so many people were patients at Mayo and it was nice to just be able to stay in. Also they had a bus that went to the clinics.
