Quick access to public transport and the I-490 makes travel around the Rochester area easy. This comfortable unit has everything you need to make it the perfect city stay!



This apartment is on the second floor with stair only access. You will enter the unit to an open living, dining and kitchen area. King and queen bedrooms are down the hallway along with the bathroom.



You`ll have access to the whole apartment. The building has five apartments in total with quiet and respectful neighbors.



Historic, scenic, peaceful. The quaint Corn Hill Neighborhood is nestled away in a quiet corner of downtown Rochester. Many old brick homes have been beautifully converted and some remain as elegant, single-family homes.



You will have designated, private parking for one vehicle just steps away from the building`s entrance. Public bus transportation is a few blocks away. There is no lack of Uber or Lyft availability to take you wherever you need to go!
