Hotel, staff and amenities were good. Biggest issue was the pillows on the bed were like a pillow casing filled with chopped up stuffing.

We booked a more expensive hotel this trip to Mayo Clinic because my son and I have just lost my husband, his father. The expense did not give us anything that our less expensive stays provided. Less is more accurate. It's a dated building, the shower in #404 sprayed through the curtain, flooding the floor. All in all, at a time when we both needed "better", we were disappointed and will not be returning.

Room was spacious and it was nice to have the kitchen in the unit. Front desk gentlemen were great, especially since it was Christmas and they were working. Dog friendly, which meant we could make the unplanned trip up with our dog.
