We have been staying here when coming to wrestling tournaments for years. Each year the property has gotten better. Twigs restaurant always has an amazing menu and atmosphere. The rooms are clean and nice. Staff has always been very nice. They have a great breakfast with a lot of options and a shuttle service that always has the best drivers!

Bed was good. Tub faucet leaks when simply shut off so it had to get tightened. I couldn’t I tighten it I had to call maintenance bc I didn’t want to break something… breakfast was half decent, eggs were cold.

The staff here were the most kind, caring, efficient and joyful staff that we've encountered. The hotel was immaculate, but a bit dated. Twigs Restaurant, in the hotel, had amazing food! We highly recommend it for any meal. Breakfast had a large variety of foods, drinks, etc. and was well maintained. We were only blocks away from the Mayo Clinic for appointments, tours, and could easily walk and enjoy all the architecture in the neighborhood! The shuttle service was quick, efficient and clean, and a nice, comfortable ride. There are plenty of stores & restaurants nearby.

The room was very clean and the staff were all very sincere and kind. This was an easy place to stay to get to the Gonda building since the bus picks you up at the door and drops you off at the door. I would totally stay here again. Also the decorated lobby area with the fireplace was very warm and inviting. Thanks all.

We keep coming back! The shuttle service is excellent and continuous. They have two of their own vehicles that go back-and-forth to Mayo and we’ll also take you to other stores as time allows. Staff is friendly and great. Good breakfast with lots of options. The pool is actually big enough to swim laps in! Sizable rooms and comfortable beds no strong scents in the rooms or on the linens. Greatly appreciated if you have allergies.
