The staff person at the front desk was not only inept, she insisted I go out in a snowstorm and put the parking pass on my car. 1AM in the morning, with strange guys working to start a car in the parking lot. I refused to put myself at risk. It took over 10 minutes to even check in.

no complaints at all with this Hampton Inn ..Great service …and the reseptionist at the desk was so kind and helpful , unfortunately can’t remember her name ….but Thanksgiving nite she treated me to cookies and chips from the desk while I watched the football game in the lobby , that’s great service ..that was SO KIND OF Her !!

Upon arrival I was told of a $5 parking fee. I travel for work. This reservation was made in August 2025. This fee should have been assessed at the time of payment. The process of payment is done through my employer. I paid the fee out of my own money. The process to be refunded is difficult not worth the hassle. Will not stay at this property again.

Over all OK. Except as soon as we settled in our room people a couple doors down lit up and it reaked of pot so they moved us to a different floor. Please consider less sugary breakfast options. Yogurt, cereal, waffles, muffins all full of sugar. Thank god they had bacon instead of that horrible sweet chicken sausage. New girl at the desk needs to be able to answer simple guest questions or find an answer from someone else on staff. Know your product and in this case your property. If you can’t help maybe offer an alternative and least appear to be helpful. Otherwise we were comfortable.
