Front desk staff was excellent. The lobby area is very inviting and in the mornings there’s breakfast and a coffee station all day. The room however could use some love. The bathroom could use an update and the sliding glass door to the pool and grounds area was very difficult to open and close. It is pet friendly with no fee for pets which was a nice plus.

Room was clean but there was no vanity in the bathroom. Fairly noisy. Staff were nice but not always at the desk. Breakfast was good. Fire Alarm battery had to be changed. Previous stay was in a different room which I rated much higher.

The hotel is a bit dated, but it was clean and well-kept. What really stood out was the staff—they were genuinely warm, welcoming, and more than accommodating throughout our stay. Its location right off the interstate makes it extremely convenient, and it’s a great option for a comfortable, no-frills overnight stop while road-tripping.

No coffee pot in room and none available in lobby overnight. Heating unit extremely noisy. Shower fixtures covered with calcium deposits. Couldn't hear TV nor sleep. Had to request a different room which was in better shape than the first one. I left in the morning before breakfast so can't comment on that. Will never stay at a Baymont or any Wyndham hotel again.

The only person we talked to was at check in. The room itself had old worn out furniture. The sliding door barely opened. Very worn out tracks on it. The matteress was old, lumpy made you feel like you will slide off. The bathroom foor opened in front of the toilet with maybe an inch of space. You had to jockey around carefully to access the toilet and shower. Toilet had a large crack on thr lower half. The sink had 2 large cracks in it and the drain was messed up. It was clean. But I would stay again or recommend it.
