Everything was excellent. The only thing that disappointed a bit was that I had looked forward to being able to get coffee at the Starbucks cafe station, and it was closed both days that I was there. Minor inconvenience but an amenity that I had looked forward to.

My wife and I went for a 3 hr hike during the day and then wanted to have a nice date night and dinner with some shopping in Short Pump. The rooms are clean and the facility is nice, but we only had cold water after a long hike for showers. You have to pay to park. No continental breakfast. Check in was poor and disorganized. Staff act as if they are performing brain surgery at the front desk. The pool and hot tub were not usable because the kids overrun it without parent supervision. The amount of money you have to spend to stay here, I would expect much more. I have stayed in hotels for half the cost and received much better customer service and accommodations. I will not stay here next time. I will try one of the many other options nearby.
