Our host Mai was so communicative and friendly! I had questions because my partner and I came to Richmond for a VCU basketball game and we wanted to ensure there was on-site parking. Prior to me booking the stay, Mai was very informative and helped answer all questions I had. During the stay, Mai responded very quickly, and we had no problems checking in or out. The stay was very well kept and clean with a ton of nice amenities. I would recommend this stay and come back! Thank you so much, Mai!

Fantastic Getaway stay

Communication was wonderful! Responded right away to any questions/concerns we had. Size was exactly what we needed. We utilized the kitchen and washer/dryer! The apartment was clean. Bathrooms even had make-up wipes and cotton balls for use! Location was safe with parking. Very cute! We will definitely stay again!

Great Apartment Stay

Eric and Mei go to great lengths to make the stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I felt like I had my own apartment and totally got the Richmond experience. The king size bed is gigantic and very comfortable. The location is also terrific and parking in the back is a big plus. I look forward to staying with them again.

Great place to stay. We parked our car and walked to the Art Museum, Cary Town, Restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The apt. was great, suitably furnished, clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location. Will definitely stay again.

Good Overall

Our check in and out process went smoothly. The property is in an older building and the condo needs some work. The table was sticky and the coffee machine made inedible coffee. It was a nice place overall for what we needed.

Place was great. Slightly loud A/C unit.

This apartment was great! It was exactly how it was marketed, and lived up to all expectations. The only complaint I had, and it was very minor, was the A/C unit was quite loud and would come on pretty frequently during the night and stay on for only a short period of time. Again, very minor. Wouls certainly recommend this staying at this place.
