The Garden Hotel has been the best hotel I have stayed in so far in Brazil - U.S. “Hilton” quality, cleanliness, and breakfast. If you are used to U.S. hotels, this hotel will work for you.

Fui muito bem recebido, com facilidade tanto no atendimento quanto no processo de locação — ponto bastante positivo. Porém, tive alguns problemas durante a estadia. A internet do quarto não funcionava corretamente: quando conectava, caía com muita frequência, o que me obrigou a usar meu 3G. Também não havia cobertor na cama, e o quarto ainda apresentava restos de lixo, o que demonstra falha na limpeza. Outro ponto importante: o frigobar não tinha lista dos itens disponíveis para consumo, o que dificulta o controle e acaba dependendo apenas da honestidade do hóspede ao informar o que foi consumido. Acredito que, ajustando esses detalhes, a experiência pode melhorar bastante
