About this property

Cape Suites Room 8 - Free Parking!

This 3rd Floor West End Suite was completely renovated in 2022. It features a

new bathroom with a tile and glass shower. We have brand new mattresses and

all new linens. The suite has been painted, local art work has been added and

the second room has been converted into a sitting room. A Murphy bed was

installed that when not in use converts to a sofa. All new A/V equipment has

been added. We have provided a small refrigerator and microwave, ice bucket,

and Keurig coffee maker (complete with a complimentary starter set of K cups).



This suite overlooks one of the most popular streets in downtown Rehoboth

Beach, Baltimore Avenue! You will also have access to an ice maker on the

first level, sand wash station, beach chairs, 2 beach towels, access to a

laundry room (no coins or cards needed! We provide detergent, too), and one

parking space on site.



From your suite, you are just steps away from the center of Rehoboth Beach!



Please be advised that there is No Elevator on site.



Housekeeping is available on stays longer than 3 days.



Bring a Pack and Play, if needed.



One standard parking space included with reservation, for larger vehicles

SUVs, Vans, etc. use of the Park and Ride is suggested or a parking permit is

Great Location for a cozy beach getaway

This renovated 8 unit motel is a sweet spot for a beach getaway. The renovation is well done and everything is clean and accurately described, with easy on site parking and lots of walkable dining. It’s an easy walk to the beach. Think of this as a sweet little self-serve hotel room by the beach. My teen daughter and I stayed here and it worked well. There’s not a lot of room to hang out, so plan to be out and about and use this as your cozy home base with a very comfy bed to rest well at night.
