Nothing extravagant, just an older, quiet place with the stream in the back yard. It’s close enough to walk to main street yet quiet away from the tourism. I would stay there again.

Great location!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this property. Such a great location upon the river. We enjoyed waking in the morning, watching the ducks and ducklings swim along the river.

needs a little TLC

we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Spot on the water was beautiful. House needs some TLC we would stay again just for the back yard and daily wildlife

Loved the location by River!

The place was exactly as described! The location on river is perfect, and even walked to and from town to shop, eat. We did have a plumbing issue on the first day and they had someone there working 20 mins. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and pans for our group of seven.

Spring Break at Red River

The cabin was perfect. Not too big or too small for a family of 4. It was the perfect coziness, with a fire place and a wood burning stove. The river flowing behind the cabin was a perfect touch. We were visited by a herd of deer and a flock of ducks on several occasions as they came to the river behind the cabin. It was a perfect family vacation for our first visit to Red River, NM. I’m sure we will stay at that cabin again when we come back.

Nice Place. Skimpy on general cleaning and paper towel supply. Comfy Master Bed. MB tub creaked due to poor installation job and was not level as well. Great Location. Love the riverside spot.

Fall get away

The only problem I had with this rental was the housecleaning. Tile floors looked like they had not been swept and mopped. Would be nice if owners kept a broom and mop on premises. Otherwise nice rental. We loved that the back of rental opened to the river.

Red River House

The property was excellent. Clean and roomy. Right on the river. Really nice sitting on the patio watching the ducks, birds and mule deer. Loved it.

Nice home

Great location close to town. All the amenities one needs when in Red River. The primary bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed. We often find the beds are lousy in vacation rentals but this one was very comfortable. Great fishing off back patio area. Plenty of bed/baths to accommodate larger groups but this trip it was just two of us.
