"Our experience at Eastwind Lake Placid was amazing. I stayed there with a large group, occupying 10 rooms, and from the very beginning we felt truly welcomed.
Carolina, who assisted us during check-in, was exceptional—very kind, attentive, and thorough in explaining everything about the hotel and its amenities. She even prepared the fire pit for us so we could enjoy the complimentary s’mores, which made the experience even more special.
Throughout our stay, Carolina was incredibly helpful, always making sure we had all the information we needed and recommending great nearby restaurants and activities. Both my group and I were extremely happy with our experience.
