Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff!

The motel itself was nice though the room was small. I had a few issues—one being the door wouldn’t lock when I was leaving the room. A maintenance man was right at hand and got that fixed. I couldn’t figure out how to work the TV remote and a lovely girl from the desk/restaurant came to my room and got me fixed up. Then I had turned down the heat and it went off completely. After a while the room got quite cold and I tried to get it on again to no avail. I called the desk and they sent a housekeeper and he checked it out and said the plug wouldn't stay in the wall, but after he left, it came on and was fine for the rest of my stay. If it hadn’t been for those wonderful staff people, my stay would have been quite disappointing, but because of them, I enjoyed my stay very much!

Okay in a pinch

The bathroom tub was super dirty looked like it hadn't been clean in weeks so I didn't shower. Customer service was really slow. Diner was good, but service was okay.

The hotel overall seems fine. But when we got to our room there weren’t any blankets on the bed. Only sheets. Only 1 extra blanket in the room. The room was a 2 queen room. I didn’t contact the front desk because she was having enough issues with the check in process already and I didn’t feel like she would be able to help.

Pick another, literal trash

Checking at the diner is just odd and inconvenient. Room was not clean- trash under the bed, previous guest hair clumps on bathroom floor and in the shower. It’s apparent that they clean what they think guests will see but when I have to look under beds to find kids’ shoes, I found old Kleenex and food trash.

The room was clean but lacked, tissue and cups etc several of the lights were not working. The microwave took up most of the space on the bathroom counter.
