Cozy lake cottage with a feeling of yesteryear. Comfy beds and peaceful setting. Gorgeous lake views-perfect yard and lakefront beach access. Would love to return again.

The grounds you can’t beat!! Very private and peaceful, beautiful view, nice dock, we absolutely loved the outdoor area! Lots of seating on porch and beach/lawn area. The grounds are amazing! As far as the house goes…it’s ok. Very old everything. Could use some updating and a good sweeping off all the cobwebs inside on ceilings and porch area. It would have been nice if the kurig pod rack was replenished, glad we brought a few and left some for the next guests. A good going through is needed to make sure there’s the simple necessities like coffee filters, (we always like to make a pot of coffee) storage baggies, batteries, some dish towels would be nice also. Remote controls and BBQ igniter had no batteries in them, finally found a couple. Little things, but overall it was a great stay spending most all our time outside, you really can’t beat the location and the privacy it provides. Would stay again for the amazing outdoor area

The property (outdoors and indoors) was not clean. Spider and dust webs indooors and out, garbage in the yard and on the shore. It was not an inviting rental, unfortunately.

Interior:-clean -A/C works well for the 92 degree days we experienced-kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, tupperware, etc.-comfortable beds-Smart TV for lazy daysExterior:-We cant say enough great things about the property. The grass leads down to the gravel beach and is about fifty feet from the backyard. Tons of evening shade. Great fishing right off the dock. Parked our boat off the dock. The water was 76 degrees (July 12) and the water off the dock was about 4 feet deep which was nice for our younger kiddos. Great sized lake. The summer before we stayed at a house with double the square footage and dpuble the amenities but would pick this one again due to the beautiful yard and waterline. We hardly spent any time indoors. There was more firewood on site than you could shake a....piece of firewood at. 10 minute drive for groceries, restaurants, etc. 20 minutes to silverwood. Isolated property with quiet neighbors.Will be coming back!

Tranquil Location

You really cant beat this location. Waking up to the lake only steps away was amazing. We bought some cheap fishing gear from Wal Mart and caught endless fish off the dock which was great for our 5 year old. The house has the basics that you need and we loved grilllng every night on the patio. Would definitely recommend this to a couple or small family as you really can't beat the location to the water.

Wonderful property!

Two of my boys and I spent a long weekend at this property and we are all so impressed by the location, large lawn and overall privacy. Had such a great time and my kids enjoyed frisbee on the lawn (which is huge!) as well as time in the lake. The property is the last house on a dead end street which had a big WOW! effect upon entering. Highly recommend.
