TV did not work and no one was available to fix it. Only option was to change rooms; however, we were already unpacked and settled, so not a workable option. Also, the bathroom was subpar. Floor drain was cracked and looked terrible. Grout was old and discolored. When I unfolded a towel, a clump of hair fell out of it. The handheld shower nozzle in the accessible bathroom was positioned facing the fall, so you couldn't stand under it. The shower curtain was flimsy, so if the water hit it, it went all over the room. Taking a shower left an inch of water in the bathroom. Not sure how that shower was "accessible" because anyone in a wheelchair could not reach the shower nozzle since it was high on the wall. This room needed to be taken off the occupancy list and completely remodeled.
