Très bon sejour dans la tanière de Limoilou. Situé dans un quartier sympa et a proximité des commerces, le logement convient tres bien pour une famille de quatres personnes. Bien équipé et propre, l’appartement est accueillant. Les regles de stationnement de Québec sont contraignantes, du coup il faut s’organiser en journée ! Bonne adresse!

Eine nette Wohnung, etwas dunkel da im Souterrain. In einem lebendigen Viertel, fußläufig bis in die Innenstadt. Sauber, ganz gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern klappt sehr gut.

This is a very cute neighbourhood mins from downtown. Lots of little shops, restaurants/cafes. Very clean and comfortable spot. The only complaint I have is the thermostat seemed locked and we were unable to turn temp down. Mid summer heat wave, and apartment was reading 24 degrees

Although Audrey is lovely and very responsive, the accommodation itself was not what we expected at all. The only thing it had going for it was it was close the old Quebec City. The parking that is advertised is street parking, the beds are literally make shift beds (old mattress on top of a pieces of wood that weren't even even). One was so bad the bottom end was higher the top and was not even a twin size. I had to sleep on the couch because my husband and I didn't fit in the bed. There wasn't enough flat wear, glass wear, plates for the 4 of us. There was literally one wine glass and the coffee maker was for a single person. I would strongly recommend this place be advertised correctly, and add more fans since there is no air conditioning. This place felt like a single student accommodation that was used as a VRBO for the summer. I was embarrassed bringing my friends from Australia.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, located in the central and pretty neighborhood of Limoilou. It was a short drive to the old city - there also appeared to be a good bus option to get there, but there was a transit workers’ strike during our visit. The apartment was well-equipped - we didn’t cook, but we could have, and the washer and dryer were a great convenience. Everything was very much as advertised. We had a great time.

Good location. Park nearby to walk dogs to. Basement unit could have thicker curtains for privacy from street/sidewalk. Stove would not heat up, so could not use, not even to reheat food. Entrance needs cleaning and TLC. Appreciated having shampoo, body wash, soap, etc. Plenty of towels.

Great value & location

Had a fun 3 night trip to Quebec City, and enjoyed staying in this ground level apartment. Apartment is clean, with an adequate kitchen, and the one bathroom is just fine to work for two adults and two teenagers. It was also one of the few places that would allow our dog to travel with us. The location is great, a couple of blocks from some good cafes & restaurants, and a short drive to the old city. Parking on the street is free, but you do need to move your car at the right time to the appropriate zone. Hosts were very responsive to one small issue we raised, and it was taken care of within a couple of hours.

Nice place for Québec discovery

Very good stay in la "tanière de Limoilou" Functional apartment where it is good to live a few days.Its proximity to the points to visit in Quebec City and the surrounding cities is a real asset for those who like to move.The rooms are pleasant and the bedding comfortable for a few days.However, be careful about parking: read the signs carefully, but there's usually a space on the street or in a parallel street.Property manager is very reactive to answer our questions.

Beautiful location

I recently stay for a long weekend with my family and had a great time. The apartment was just what we needed and we were grateful to be able to bring our dog. The hosts were extremely quick to reply to any queries, and the check-in process was very easy. We were especially happy to find that the apartment was very warm when we arrived on an especially cold night after a long drive up from New York City. The restaurants in the neighborhood were wonderful, there was a grocery store and pharmacy near by, and there was ample free street parking. Would definitely recommend this place to any family!

Great stop over

A great stop-over on our travels from NB to ON. A short drive to a bowling alley and found a cute cafe a short walk away. Watched a movie, and enjoyed access to laundry.

Some Positives, Some Negatives

Proximity to downtown was great, as was access to washer and dryer. The downsides were: slow drainage of bathtub, bathroom sink drain got stuck, no trash bags, paper towels, or tissues. Also, window coverings in front of apartment afforded no privacy. Also, burners on stovetop continued to turn red for a time after being turned off. These things are all easily corrected/ improved.

Bien

Les deux lits sont des deux places , donc matelas 54’’, ils sont courts et pas très confos. Que dire du divan qui est fini et le téléviseur n’a pas le câble. Nous avons sejourné deux jours , mais avions débarbouillettes pour une journée . Manque aussi linge à vaisselle , on devait nous livrer ce manque mais nous ne l’avons jamais reçu . Le bain est dû pour un nettoyage de tuyau. Dans l’entrée ce n’est pas invitant , les feuilles des arbres de l’automne passe sont encore là . De plus, bien lire les affiches de stationnement, nous avons eu un ticket $ car pensions que le stationnement était gratuit . Mais malgré les notes négatives citées plus haut , la location est bien située, propre, bien éclairée malgre le demi sous-sol et c’est très calme.
