Tiny towels supplied and had to ask for them. The room smelled like a gym locker but the smell might have been from the clothes steam closet. Something needed to be cleaned inside there. No dishwashing detergent provided. Mold in the showers. Stains on the bedding. Ample room for ski equipment but needed a second drying rack. Beds were a nice design. Floor heat worked well. Get the mountain-view room so that youโ€™re not over a busy parking lot. Nice skiing and family activities. The price was too high.

Room was dirty when I arrived, I flushed toilet, used bar of soap on the counter and no towels in the room. Told the front desk and they just offered new towels and not a new room. Also booked a room in the โ€œTowerโ€ and was placed in what looked to be like a regular room and was not in the tower attached to the hotel. Maybe thatโ€™s just how they book things online but itโ€™s a bit deceiving. Iโ€™ll stay at the hotel nearby next time and hopefully itโ€™s better service. Also, like no parking, they say parking available on their site but I had to park quite the distance from the hotel. They donโ€™t enforce who parks in their parking lot so Iโ€™m going to assume that people who arenโ€™t guests are parking there to go skiing.

Blooming Memories in Bongpyeong and Pyeongchang

I visited the Bongpyeong Buckwheat Flower Festival with my mother. This was my third visit to Phoenix Pyeongchang, and every time I come, I am impressed by the excellent and clean facilities, the friendly service, and the variety of relaxing spaces. It is always a place where I can enjoy myself and feel completely at ease.

Everything is good except for cleaning

The room was not cleaned well. There was a lot of dust on the floor and there was a vacuum cleaner in the room, and the dust can was very messy. Still, there was no strange smell in the bathroom or room. The bed mattress is very uncomfortable. There was no kitchen, it was uncomfortable because I had to use tableware and wash the dishes. Nevertheless, this stay was good because of coin laundry rooms, convenience stores, water parks, and large lawns. It was nice to have several restaurants available.
