We had a great time, the staff was very helpful in making our stay aweome. Everyone from Juan at check in making sure everyone went smooth and stress free to Jancey taking checking in to make sure we had everything we needed on a daily basis and Hugo at the pool bar keeping my drinks full. The staff at the buffet were good, and around the facility. However, the check in process was awful. We waited up to 3 hours for one of our rooms to be ready. And then when they gave us access it was not cleaned. And we had to wait for another room. Communication was not efficient at all.
