The place was very old it needed updating the beds were very uncomfortable main bathroom was terrible constant flooding water pressure was terrible but one good thing it was a good location for us and the care taker of the house was excellent to us

Clean quiet and perfect location

Clean quiet and location is perfect. Pool was nice.No issues with hot water and WiFi.Manager is Orima who will give you tour of place and his number for any issues that may arise. Only negative is furniture and tv’s need updating.Will be reserving once again when I return in June.

Q check-in process was fast and expeditious was greeted by the host and treated like family. Properties well kept clean up to par nice and quiet tranquil space enjoyed my time there with my family I felt so beautiful reconnection with my mother-in-law and the rest of my wife's family. Beautiful villa

I've been visiting Sosua since 2010, and I've always rented villas while I stayed there and this one leaped frogged over several. Very comfortable and discreet location. We felt very safe. Literally walking distance from what you're looking for from the beach, restaurants, nightlife, and more. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. No issues with the bathrooms at all. The caretaker was a phone call away and he made sure we had everything we needed. One small takeaway for us was there was no microwave to heat up our food. We did not want to use the oven because it would have raised the temperature in the house. But again that was a small takeaway. I fully recommend renting this villa you will not be disappointed. Thank you we will be back.
