Las Conchas offers a neighborhood of homes, distinct from Rocky Point's high rise Resorts. You fell that the beach is truly yours alone.

Interiors keep the combination of marble floors, and modern chrome and leather throughout the home. The kitchen is large and open, bedrooms offer beautiful design

The floor plan is open and refined. lengthy balconies integrate the outside world, and there is a private, walled back yard for gatherings.

La Conchas is known for it's tranquil stretch of beautiful beach, without the crowds that sometimes are found with the city itself.

Please be advised that before heading to the property, you must stop by our office to pick up the keys.

Mexico Trip

The house is worth the price! Very nice and clean, well put together with much space. The back yard was a bit unkept because of the pool construction which will make the house more appealing once finished. I would definitely book this house again especially with a pool attached.
