Muchas cosas a mejorar

Al momento de llegar no funcionaban las luces de cabecera de ninguna de las 2 camas y el bidet perdía toda el agua por la base y de inundó todo el baño. Hice el reclamo y lo solucionaron råpido. Al día siguiente se tapó el inodoro (aclaro que no usamos papel), y tambien lo solucionaro . Al tercer día dejaton de funcionar nuevamente las luces pero no volví a realizar el reclamo. Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es que la canilla de la pileta del baño desemboca en el borde alto de la bacha, por lo cual no entran las manos ni siquiera para lavarse las manos. En cuanto a la atención de todo el personal fue excelente, muy atentos, simpåticos y serviciales. Relación precio calidad me pareció demasumiado caro, ya que estuve dias anteriores en otro hotel y me pareció de mucha mas calidad, habitaciones excelentes (2 camas individuales de 2 plazas, y en éste hotel de 1 plaza e incómodas) Alejandro García. Nice hotel

Nice hotel. Kind people working all over the hotel. Everything just seemed a bit dated. They were doing construction, so that should help. Things were very clean — again, just felt sort of “old”. I think they are updating. Looking forward to seeing those updates on the next trip.

El hotel estĂĄ a pasos del Hito de las tres Fronteras. Los cuartos estĂĄn muy bien preparados y decorados. Cuentan con restaurantes, barra, piscina y otros. Tienen unos pisos en remodelaciĂłn, pero el ruido culmina a una hora prudente. La puerta de la habitaciĂłn no cerraba en su totalidad.

The breakfast buffet was just ok but it was fast and included into the room price. The caiparinas and mojitos at the bar were strong. The room had great water pressure. The conditions of the room were notably good however the WiFi signal couldn’t pass through the thick wall so no Netflix or YouTube or any channels were available. The TV was just an ornament. We didn’t find that out until the night after we checked in so we just accepted it as we didn’t want to move to another room. They don’t have a concierge but they can arrange tours with a private driver.

Good hotel, nice pool

The hotel has a nice swimming pool that was open. The jacuzzi appeared to be under repair, as it was not filled with water when I was there. I found the service to be good, and I found it easy to get help from the front desk staff for information about the Falls, or places to eat in Puerto Iguassu. Overall, it was a nice hotel to stay at for a couple of nights.

The facilities of the hotel are outdated. The toilet door has cracks and stains are around the bathtub. The access key cards have problems. There is no coffee maker or electric kettle in the room. The complimentary water is only on the first day. The staff are friendly and helpful.
