This place a good buffet with friendly and helpful staff. The pool is nice for people with kids more of a family thing. Overall good view and nice spot to stay if you're staying in Puebla.

Buena ubicación, instalaciones ok. Mi habitación estuvo lista una hora tarde con lo cual fui comprensivo, sin embargo tenía que estar en un evento a las 4pm y tuve q llamar 3 veces por toallas las cuales tardaron una hora en llegar, no había una sola corporal. En mi otra habitación (bajo otro nombre) tardaron dos horas en llegar. Obviamente llegué tarde a mi evento. No estoy acostumbrado a recibir cosas gratis, pero si me esperaba una disculpa. El domingo al hacer check out y bajar al restaurante estoy seguro éramos los únicos que solicitamos a la carta, la comida tardó demasiado tiempo (considerando que solo había otra mesa) y se ve que los meseros estaban más ocupados en la mesa que estoy seguro estaban ocupando gerentes del hotel (alrededor de la 1pm). La comida no fue la mejor. Me he hospedado en años anteriores en este hotel y existe un claro descenso en la atención al cliente desafortunadamente.

Every single day was another issue. Day One: No Soap, no shampoo. and no electrical outlets in the room to charge phone or laptop. Something nasty in the shower. I could not identify except for the hairball. Day 2: No towels. Had them delivered. Day Three: Did not clean my room, took my towels. I tried to complain to management on day three and no manager was on duty. I list my issues with the front desk clerk who told me he was in charge.and no one contacted me on day 4. I will Never Stay at this hotel.
