Bienvenido a Hale Leilani (Hogar Celestial). Nuestra casa es una impresionante casa de 3 dormitorios de estilo hawaiano con elevados techos de las plantaciones de una sola planta por lo que es ideal para parejas o familias que visitan la isla. Incluye un Toyota RAV4 SUV GRATIS para explorar Kauai!

Nuestra casa se siente totalmente de Hawai - desde los jardines, a los techos altos, los colores y el tema de Hawaii y Kauai en todas partes. Usted sabrá que está en la isla de Kauai durante su visita a nuestra casa.

Nuestra casa tiene un salón muy grande y abierta con cómoda sala de estar (con pantalla plana), comedor para 6, barra de desayuno para 5, muy grande y bien equipada cocina tiene un montón de espacio para moverse (más de un cocinero puede conseguir aquí). Hemos encontrado que esta zona muy grande para el entretenimiento o simplemente estar juntos!

Justo al lado de la sala de estar hay un protegidos por malla que es bueno tener el desayuno o la cena mientras se relaja libre de errores! Es también un gran lugar para pasar el rato y leer (o siesta).

El dormitorio principal (con el rey) es un pequeño edificio separado unido al resto de la casa a través de un pequeño pasadizo. El dormitorio principal es verdaderamente un refugio, ya que también cuenta con una bañera de hidromasaje precioso lo suficientemente grande para dos personas. Después de poner los niños a la cama puede estar descansando en su propia ala y disfrutar de una copa de vino, mientras que en el jacuzzi. Cuando pases por el corredor que le da maravillosa vista de todos los jardines. El maestro también tiene una entrada independiente a los jardines. Así como un televisor de pantalla plana.

Los otros dos dormitorios estilo de la isla se encuentran en el otro lado de la habitación sala de estar, cocina y comedor. Cada uno tiene una cama de matrimonio motivos hawaianos y uno tiene su propia televisión de pantalla plana. Un baño separado 4 pieza también está en esa ala de la casa.

Nuestra casa tiene una lavadora y secadora en un lavadero independiente. También viene equipado con sillas Tommy Bahama Beach, Paraguas y tablas de surf para sus días de diversión en el cercano Hanalei Bay Beach (o una de muchas otras playas en los alrededores).

Hanalei (de Puff the Magic Dragon) es sólo por el camino, que tarda unos 7 minutos en coche que también tiene muchos interesantes y lindas tiendas, restaurantes y actividades. Algunos de mis favoritos son postales, Bar A Cuda, Hanalei Gourmet y muchos más!

Nuestra casa está ubicada en Princeville con muy fácil acceso al Centro de Princeville que tiene una serie de tiendas que incluye tomar cereales (abierto desde las 6 de la mañana a las 11), Restaurantes, Helado (increíble pero mortal), prendas de vestir y arte tiendas de Lappert, una cafetería y numerosas tiendas de recuerdos. Uno de mis favoritos para un vestido nuevo estilo hawaiano o joyas enrrollado está Azure Isla ropa.

Mientras se hospeda en nuestra casa en la costa norte tiene acceso a algunos de los más bellos paisajes y el senderismo en el mundo - Hanalei Beach, Playa de los túneles Anini Beach, la playa de Ke'e, Kalalau Trail, Bali Hai y muchos más.

Nuestra casa tiene cable, teléfono y Wifi incluido. Weber barbacoa de carbón está incluido también.

Good home base

Overall the house was very nice. Could have been cleaned a little better there were lots of spider webs all over all the lamps and such. Very nice to sit on the lanai although the outdoor furniture could use some new cushions, Good location for all things north shore, kitchen was good to use and grocery near by. We locked ourselves out and the owner quickly brought us help. While each room does have a ceiling fan and one room had an airconditioner it still got very hot in the house. Bathrooms were nice. Nice to have beach chairs

Perfect home layout for family!

Great location close to shops, restaurants, walking paths and beaches. House very comfortable for 6 adults to enjoy time and not on top of each other. Screen lanai was perfect for daily coffee and playing cards. Outdoor shower was such a great addition. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, fantastic open feel and comfortable seating all over. Beautiful back yard.

We are a family of 3 that absolutely loved our stay! The home was spacious, clean, serene, had everything we needed. Walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, and the Saturday farmer's market in Princeville. I would recommend it 100%.

Beautiful

All the homes in the area are well maintained must have a strong HOA. The neighborhoodJuat is very quiet except for the rosters in the morning but after a day or two you laugh about it. Good walking paths, close to a park pickle ball and golf and of course the beaches with all the great view’s.

Lovely home and neighborhood.

The property is wonderful. The location is great if you want a quiet, peaceful environment with great beaches. We had to travel to the west side for a helicopter ride, and the south side for a luau and boat tour. There are some boat tours from the Priceville area but we wanted a larger boat for our 86 year old mother which was only available at the south shore. They seem to do a lot of road work after the Labor Day weekend so our travel to the west and south shores was very slow. But, despite that minor inconvenience, we had a wonderful 10 days in Princeville at a very well-equipped and comfortable home. Thank you!

Awesome stay in Princeville

Our family loved this house. Clean, comfortable, close to everything and ton of amenities including all the beach equipment! House stayed cool during hot days thanks to multiple ceiling fans. Lanai is to die for. You won't regret this stay.

Perfect place to enjoy our vacation on the north shore!

This home was wonderful, clean, spacious, and comfortable. We could not have asked for a better home to spend our time! The screened lanai was a perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee. The beds were so comfortable and the home had all of the amenities to make our trip comfortable and easy. It’s also just a couple minute walk away from the weekend farmers market which was so convenient and fun. One thing to be mindful of was the home did not have air conditioning. It would have been nice to have, but we were out most of the day and the fans in the bedroom did a great job of keeping us cool at night. I would absolutely love to stay there again. Great choice for your north shore Kauai vacation!

Great place to stay on Kauai

Bev and Joe's place was perfect for our family of 5. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed and pretty much had everything we needed - loved the great beach towels! Quiet neighborhood. Location is ideal with 5-15min drive to multiple awesome beaches. Easy walk to the park or to the Princeville shopping center if we needed something. It took a day or two to get used to no air-conditioning, but once we did it was really quite lovely. The home can get a bit hot and stuffy in the late afternoon but the fans do help.

Amazing open and comfy house

We loved our stay here on the island of Kauai. This house was perfect for our family of five. It was great to come home to after a day at the beach. There were lots of beach supplies in the garage. The kitchen was roomy enough for us all to work in there at the same time. The whole house was thoughtfully decorated in a Hawaiian theme. The beds were comfortable. One thing to note: there is no air conditioning. We were a little hot when we first arrived, but got used to it and used the ceiling fans and open windows to create airflow. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A Little Piece of Paradise in Princeville

My friend and I have been best friends for 75 years. We started coming to Hawaii seven years ago to celebrate our 70th birthdays. We were in Maui the last six, but were so close to the devastating fires we couldn’t bear to return. We are so happy we chose Kauai and this beautiful home to stay in. We truly felt the Hawaiian experience while living there. Sitting on the lanai in the mornings with our coffee and evenings with our wine was magical. The backyard was full of lush greenery, flowers, date palms, tropical plants…and we must not forget the chickens and roosters that Kauai is “famous” for. The house itself had all the amenities one could need. The furniture and wall hangings looked like vintage Hawaiian. We had a couple of little glitches, but Bev immediately took care of them. Dean, the handyman, was just great! It was located in a very convenient spot close to the Kuhio Highway which we used to get everywhere we needed to go. We are planning on returning next year. We are so happy we chose this little piece of paradise.

Kauai Vacation

We stayed 6 nights and we loved the house. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the screened in patio and had breakfast every morning on the patio. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and that was great because we cooked a lot. Location of the home was good and was close to the town of Princeville. We enjoyed the Farmer’s market on Saturday. It was only about a block to walk to it. We definitely will return to this island and stay in this beautiful home.

Paradise

This property is 100% Hawaii. Loved all the windows and the screened lanai. Had a great connection with Bev the owner. She even sent me a text to make sure we arrived ok. Home was very clean and was a welcome site with lights turned on when we arrived in the dark. Can’t wait to return.

Our family of 4 adults had a wonderful stay here. Everything was so well considered, exceptionally clean. The flow of the house and it’s decor has a lovely relaxed feel, light & breezy. We very much enjoyed the garden & family bocce challenge in the afternoons. Lovely lanai outlook over beautiful tropical garden. Close to the village shops - 5 minute walk & short drive to Hanalei Bay. Check in and out easy and host Bev & Joe easy to communicate with. A wonderful location to enjoy. Thank you Bev & Joe.

60 wedding anniversary family trip

We loved the house and found it fit our family needs very well. Being close to a grocery store was very convenient. We loved the lanai and all the vegetation around the house, felt very private. We even enjoyed the roosters. Communication with Beverley was prompt and she made sure a minor issue was immediately taken care of.

Great family house at one of the best Kauai locations

The Princeville house is as advertised - spacious, tastefully decorated, and in one of the best and most convenient parts of Kauai. Though not a recent construction and showing some signs of age, this was a perfect base for our group of four (parents + teen + grandmother) that provide just the right mix of relaxation and accommodation. The Princeville location can't be beat for its access to the North Shore and convenience (walking distance to supermarket, plenty of routes for morning or evening exercise in the neighborhood). This would definitely be my top choice for any future Kauai visits.

Perfect location and plenty of space

Family of 5 enjoying Kauai for the first time. Lucked into picking this perfect location for all our activities as we ended up on north shore most of the time. Our favorite beach (Hanalei) was a short 7 minute drive away and Foodland is walkable distance. My wife enjoyed the craft fair that was there on Sunday. Bev was super responsive and helpful with the small issue we had to get it resolved quickly. Recommended!

A beautiful home!

This was a true Kauai home. It felt like my Auntie's house in Lihue from years ago. Not like a rental at all- just filled with love and coziness all around. The backyard and grounds are beautiful. Just a slice of heaven. We loved our stay so much. I usually try new places when I visit, but I would definitely come back here to this home! Comfy beds, comfy couch, a true Kauai lanai and for some reason....the roosters didn't wake us up like they normally do in Princeville here! Hooray!! It was a miracle!
