The hotel is nice staff is nice but we were there for 2 weeks and never got our room cleaned at all even after asking. When asked to exchange towels for clean ones was told no we have to wash our own. There wasn’t any dishes to use in kitchen so we had to buy stuff. I have stayed at extended stay hotels in the past and rooms were cleaned at least once a week and could always exchange towels. I would not stay here again. I guess if you want to bring all your own stuff and pay $7 a load to wash and dry laundry you will be fine here.

Check-in was horrible. Initially advised no clean rooms available although an active reservation was on file. My family traveled in from out of state late Friday night. We waited in the lobby with about 5 other families until around 2am Saturday, for a clean room. I watched about 3-4 other families come in and leave due to no rooms. There were also no clean hand towels during this stay. Please pick another location to stay.

I arrived around 10:15pm and was told there were no rooms available, I told the clerk I had booked and prepaid over a week in advance. He said he just arrived at 10pm as well and didn’t know why the rooms were not available, He finally gave in and had to help several of us out who had all prepaid, he ended up finding available rooms that were not yet cleaned, so he started cleaning after checking us all in, my room wasn’t ready until 1:45am. After waiting almost 4 hours, some others came in during my wait, they also had prepaid, they decided to leave and try to find other hotels, I had to make my own beds when I did finally get in my room, so it was after 2am before finally settling in. Unfortunately I had to stay 4 nights as I had already prepaid. During my whole stay there was never anyone in the office during the day and the gate was always pulled shut and the cleaning crew never came to my room during my whole stay, I will never stay there again. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
