Gran opción para bajo costo

Excelente alternativa en cuanto a costo/beneficio se refiere. Sin embargo, reserve habitación de no fumar y me otorgaron una de fumar y no me hicieron el cambio puesto que estaba lleno.

Night clerk managing check in was particularly upbeat and helpful as was the male manager. Accommodations are basic but commensurate with the price. Bed was fine, room clean, housekeeping daily. No complaints for the price.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. While the member of your staff who managed my check-in process was truly wonderful and professional, the remainder of my experience was severely disappointing and unacceptable. I encountered several issues that compromised both my comfort and my sense of security: Accommodation Discrepancy: I had specifically booked and confirmed a queen-sized bed but was provided with a full-sized bed. This is a significant lapse in fulfilling a basic reservation requirement. Maintenance Issues: The condition of the room was subpar, with several light fixtures found to be broken or non-functional. Security Concerns: Most alarmingly, the exterior doors to the hotel were not secure. This is an absolute failure in providing a safe environment for your guests and is a serious liability issue. Finally, the situation during my intended departure was baffling. Upon attempting to check out, I found both the main front door and the interior door to the front desk area were locked, necessitating that I knock and ring the doorbell to gain attention. This is a highly unprofessional procedure that caused an unnecessary delay and inconvenience during a key transition point of the guest experience. Given these fundamental and serious failures in security, accommodation, and service standards, I must inform you that I will not be booking this hotel again!

No idea how that place is even open still. Your Bette tiff staying the night it in your car.. the heater was broke and didn’t turn on.. mind you it was 38 degrees outside, blood on the heater vents, hair in the shower upon check in, hair dryer caught fire at some point and was never replaced, looks like door was locked in at some point. It was quite there at least since only about 5 people were staying the night there. Spend the extra 10-20.00 and enjoy your stay somewhere else.

Bed had bed bugs and I’m now covered in itchy bites, extremely rude front desk (not red hair lady) and was harassed upon checkout. Horrible and traumatic experience and refused a refund. Never again.

Initial room I was in did not have a working toilet or any hot water. The room I was transferred to appeared to be a remodel in progress. It needs usb ports and the hair dryer does not work. The fridge is in need of a defrost although it works. Both entry doors do not appear to be very secure. They lock, but it looks like they had a makeshift repair job on the upper latch. Room was cleaned well. Website needs to remove kitchenette from the description.

It's a budget hotel. You get what you pay for. The room was clean and good sized. Fridge wasn't great. Microwave didn't have a plate inside, but it worked well enough. Hallways reaked of pot. Area around felt sketchy.

This property is extremely different in the pictures vs in person. The rooms and hallway were very dirty. We switched to 3 different rooms and each was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Ultimately, we did not feel safe and left the property.

The room was clean and totally accessible. The WiFi was also incredibly good. However, the window was open in such a way that it was not able to close until me and my partner spent 30 minutes forcibly closing it after being instructed by staff to do so. Without closing this window, we would not be able to sleep due to the sounds of the highway and train. The last complaint is that the AC wasn't very powerful.

Hard to access the AC unit as it was mounted high up near the ceiling, room was noisy as it is by the highway, walls dirty with stains and tears, sink partially clogged, poor plumbing, room smells dusty like a closet full of old books.

The door latch for locking the door not only was missing, but you could see completely through the hole in the door. The air did not work in the back of the suite and it was 101 degrees outside. The towels were stained. It smelled like mildew and cigarettes. The vents in the ceilings did not have covers. The blow dryer sounded like a weed eater. The lady at the front desk super nice.

Disoriented Stay

The hotel room was nice, a great size and clean. However, the amenities at this hotel is super poor and disorganized. For example, the microwave is super old based on the model/color. I had to use the microwave to warm my food for 4-5 times, if not 6 times! Typically, a microwave is something that I do not use frequently, so I know once is more than sufficient for 1-2 minutes. The shower head is not working properly and the water coming out of the shower head is not so strong and widely spread, and sometimes some water is coming out of the pipe before hitting the shower head. The bathroom does not have or work the fan which makes it extra steamy and hot! In addition, I was not provided with any water bottles during my visit and the hotel does not provide any coffee or tea for the entire day, even for breakfast. I had to walk one day 20 minutes to a Starbucks just for a coffee. To finalize, I nearly lost $50 for the security deposit upon leaving and checking out and the hotel receptionist was sleeping and woke up groggy which is unacceptable! Hotel receptionists should NOT be sleeping on duty and I know this given how I seen him dressed and his hair was messed up. When I check-in the receptionist who was an Indian lady never gave me a receipt to show when I checked out, so I had to convince the morning receptionist to check and give me my $50. In the last second before my Lyft rider came to pick me up, he finally gave me my $50. Management and ownership needs to change!

This place looks way nicer on the website than in person. There was a drunk guy running naked in the parking lot, the fridge in the room didn’t work, they did not have extra anything. If you get locked out at night, you’re screwed cause they lock the office and may or may not come out. It was definitely an experience staying at this place. Would not recommend.
