The room was clean and the staff friendly. That said, the hotel has a practice that really should be changed. They encourage ordering room service breakfast from their tenant, 13 Coins, and it was a good breakfast. Filling out the order, we noticed that a 24% service charge would be added, and therefore I did not get up, dressed to answer the door with a tip in hand. Later I learned that the owners get that 24%, NOT the server. It took me two days, but I was able to trace and tip the server, but that really is misleading and UNFAIR to the staff.
Also, Expedia might want to check back with Indigo: the "designer toiletries, hair dryer, microwave and mini-fridge" as described on Expedia website, do not exist.
