La propiedad es hermosa, pero está en una calle llena de homeless lo cual te hace sentir inseguro. El personal es poco amable, el del restaurante me atendió pésimo, quería que me fuera al bar a cenar. El bell boy me trató muy mal porque llegué en moto, y los chicos de recepción de la mañana fueron poco amables. La cama deliciosa y muy buenas amenidades.

While the room was clean, beautiful, and comfortable, the room was right next to a very noisy street, and the windows are single paned with no curtains, so there was no protection from the noise or light of the city, and it was quite drafty. My spouse and I literally could not sleep and had to cancel our plans because of it. The room had some expensive details in it that we felt would have been spent on better windows , curtains, and insulation.

The room was only average. It had a very odd layout, but was comfortable enough. The platform bed was low and a little soft. The heat pump head unit pumped out air that was not great--rather like a sewer. (I can only imagine it might be affected by all of the rain.) The staff was fantastic--friendly, welcoming, and eager to help.. Five stars for them.

Room was decorated very quaint and cute. Bed was very comfortable but walls were paper thin and housekeeping was vacuuming in the hallway bright and early. Did not understand the point of a mini fridge slammed full of items to purchase rather than having some space to store some of our things to stay cold. The cold water on our faucet did not work and upon notifying staff was told to come down to get water out of the canister next to the front desk each time. Stayed here due to proximity to a local event but would not likely stay in the future.

Room was cute but....Bed uncomfortable. No microwave. Italian restaurant closed but still on website. No pastries with morning coffee but still shows on website. Only found one plug-in by sink. Fridge too small and was filled to brim with wet bar stuff. Valet service was ungodly price and was per night night, not for stay--$110 total!

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the entry door had 0% noise blocking. When people went into their room across the hall, it sounded like people were entering my room. Just for others to be aware if you go to bed early, or bring ear plugs.

One particular staff member was incredibly unprofessional, combative and gave 0 assistance. My family and I needed a place to stay whilst waiting for a late flight home and the front desk representative refused to aid in any early check in even though rooms were available ( per the head room keeper) additionally, she wrote our last name with profanity in place of the correct spelling even though she had my reservation for any spelling confusions. overall, her demeanor & lack of professionalism was distasteful and completely tainted our last day. Information given was completely conflicting & even our final check in ( 3:45pm) with different worker was minimal & Cold. I would tell anyone to stay away - every other palihotel is brilliant & welcoming.. this one was disappointing

This was a very cool place to stay and great location. Room was nice and the staff were very helpful - there was one issue with my room and I asked the manager if he would be willing to comp a small part of the mini bar fee which he did so I appreciate that very much. Would definitely recommend the Grand Stark to anyone looking for accommodations in the area.
