◆ 1 Parking Spot in garage when basketball arcade is collapsed and up to 4 Parking Spots in driveway
◆ RV, Boat, and Trailer parking is not allowed in the neighborhood

Pet Friendly:
◆ $200 pet fee per stay (max 2 pets, 50 lbs. and under)
◆ Pets must be housebroken.
◆ Pet bowls, poop bags, green machine cleaner provided in case of messes
◆ Please pick up after your pet.
◆ An extra pet fee may be incurred if provided pet blankets aren't used to cover couches and beds and/or excessive pet messes are left
