The location was fantastic, and the condo itself was spacious with plenty of room for our family. Unfortunately, the unit shows significant wear and tear—there are multiple areas where the flooring is damaged, and we noticed mold around most of the air vents. The host indicated this is “normal for Florida,” but it was concerning to us and negatively impacted our stay.

The amount of space of the condo was perfect for our family and there was a bed to spare! The view of the sunrises were amazing to wake up to, and the boardwalk access to the beach was a breeze. The old condos have been updated with new finishes. The 4-star comes from the smell of the condo, likely from moisture, or being old buildings surviving storms.

Pros: The sunset views from the deck are amazing!! It’s a very short walk to the beach. The well stocked kitchen-dishes/pots and pans etc Short distance to shopping and restaurants. You can have fires on the beach with nopermit needed. Just make sure to clean up your mess. Liquor store and small bar right across the street. Cons: No privacy. If there are guests staying next door, they are literally on top of you. You can see and hear everything. Terrible, worn out bath towels and not enough of them, including no kitchen hand towels.

Facilities and Location were great. We were able to cook several meals. Sleeping accommodations also great. I think the biggest drawback would be the internet. We did have several young kids that like to watch their tablets at night or even watch tv, but the speeds were way to slow for multiple devices to be running at the same time.

wonderful location on beach, nice property, clean....only issue is the towels for shower bathroom use. They were horrible- small, rough, and very few of them. (we knew to bring our own beach towels) we had to go to walmart and buy us some decent cheap towels to use.....As long as you know to bring your own washing towels- you are in for an enjoyable stay.

Needs alot of TLC

The view is amazing and the beach was at your fingertips. The house is in need of repair. Floors are warped and need replacing. There are gaps in the floor. Washer and dryer are very loud. We had a great time just needs a little fixing.

Wonderful Stay

My best friend and I came from CA and absolutely loved our condo there. It was clean, adorably decorated, peaceful, spacious, and had a stunning view. Everything we needed was already stocked. From booking it, to checking in, and leaving, it was all very easy. Thank you! We look forward to returning next year!!

St Joe Beach Perfection!

Well furnished & clean condo! We enjoyed the direct beach access and sitting area under the house. The bunkbed was a hit for the kids! There was a liquor store & bar directly across the street and food trucks & a Dollar General were a walkable distance. We will be back!

We have been to Florida many times but never to Port St. Joe. We loved it! Very laid back and feels like you are there with a bunch of residents instead of tourists. The beach is a short walk and was never crowded. We will be back!
