Everything was really good with the stay, quick and convenient and comfortable, only thing that bothered a bit was the heavy heavy smell of moth balls which made it hard to sleep in but everything else was amazing.

Nice place-just disappointed

The property itself was very clean and nice. It’s had great extra amenities and when we arrived and there was no toilet paper, the owner quickly got us some. However, the main reason I chose the listing was for the golf cart. When we arrive we take it out for 10 minutes and it dies. We had family pull us back. I spoke with someone who said they ordered a new battery. I wish someone would’ve told us the golf cart was acting up so we didn’t drive it and get stuck with our toddler. I also probably wouldn’t have picked this particular place- we wanted the golf cart to cart our son around. He was very excited. Never heard from anyone about it again-was just told probably shouldn’t drive it so we did not get to use the golf cart which seems to be a big selling point for this house. We were quite disappointed.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay during our fishing trip. Kim is a great host. Only thing we needed was an extra sink besides the restroom. Slept comfortably and enjoyed the location.

Trout House is Awesome

The Trout House is a great place to stay. Place was spotless and in a great location. Has a Shuffleboard table inside and a great place to sit in the front. We just relaxed and played Cornhole and had a great time at Crawfish Fest. Kim is so nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again

Perfect house for our trip

Clean and had everything we needed. My husband and I took our boat and stayed m-f. Parking fit our needs, such a small detail but I loved the soap in the bathroom! Comfortable and clean and everything smelled fresh and clean. Cute porch, coffee bar fully stocked. Would totally recommend

Easy and fun!

This was our first time in POC but wont be our last. Love this little town and love this place. The hosts did a great job of making it easy to check in and the place was great! Super clean and comfy. Little touches like lots of clean linens, BEACH TOWELS!, some toiletries (for those of us that forget that ONE thing), and lots of comfy lounge places. The cart was fun to coast around in and we had a lot of fun giggles. This was a great find and I highly recommend it if you need an easy going stay.

Excellent property!!! Very impressive!!

This was the cutest place! Clean, organized and cozy! Not having a kitchen was perfect because that meant I didn’t have to cook on vacation 😂 We brought two teenagers and they had a great time playing checkers and cornhole! The golf cart was just the icing on the cake. It was a super affordable rental and the owners even had a couple of beach chairs and beach towels which is unheard of in most rentals.

Great stay

Perfect place in Port Oconnor! Kim was a great host. Location was close to everything and the house was spotless. Only downside was that there is only one sink in the space (bathroom sink), but we knew this ahead of time. Everything else was great!

Clean, close to store in town. Is lower level of a full time residence. Lots of games, good WiFi/TV access. Bring all your own condiments, silverware, etc. Golf cart a plus for kids!

Nice place

The location was nice especially with access to a golf cart. That was great. It was extremely clean and the bed, linens and pillows were very comfy. The only two downsides I would say is there was not a kitchen and therefore not a kitchen sink. The only sink was in the bathroom. The other thing is that there was a very piercing noise from the "air-conditioner"" I'm not sure what it was, but there were two of them in each bedroom. It made it hard to sleep with that high pitched noise
