I celebrated my best birthday ever in this special spot with its cozy nooks for conversation, writing, reading, and even jigsaw puzzles. You can tell that the owners love gardening and cooking because spending time in the yard and in the kitchen was a joy. It’s a clean and safe spot that is also warm, colorful, and filled with character. I love the easy parking, the short walk to the beach, great wi-fi, and the easy 5-minute drive to the grocery store. The owners provide a seasonal visitor’s guide that draws on their local knowledge. Staying here gives a genuine feel for this unique part of the world, and the location is a perfect base for so many explorations. I had fun stepping out of my everyday world and sinking into these well-loved spaces for the weekend.
