Great location!

Overall our stay was great! We loved the location and the house itself was very nice. The walk to the beach was very easy and short. The kitchen was well stocked and it was easy to find everything we needed. We wish we would have been provided more bath towels, and we had some trouble working the TVs. The 'Guest' setting made it difficult to use streaming services and we weren't able to hook up our Nitendo switch for some reason. Overall great, and would book again.

Home Away from Home

We stayed @ home most of our stay, since it was raining- but, home was VERY COMFORTABLE. It has games, but we also brought card games with us, just in case. We would DEFINITELY, stay here again!

Summer getaway

Very easy checking in, beach house very clean and well stocked, very nice house. We did have issues with the electrical, the lights cut off and we called the manager, she had someone come over right away on Thursday, then it happened on Friday and we tried different breakers and still nothing, they sent someone over on Saturday and was able to resolve the issue, but we had to bring a flash light in the bathroom to bathe and at bedtime in the bathrooms and in the kitchen to cook. The manager offered to refund some of our money, but when she contacted the owner, he offered a discount on our next stay. Not good business, so what if we don’t go back, because the mosquitoes were horrible. If they would have offered some of my money back even a $100 fir the inconvenience of this trip, I would be more willing to go back, but by saying he would give a discount doesn’t solve the issue of this trip.

Best 1st Vacation together!

We had such a great time! The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Literally just put the groceries in fridge and it was like we were home. The bathtub in the master bedroom is awesome!!! Everything was clean and neat and we felt at home. Check in and out was simple and easy! We would definitely stay again!

Everything and More

This location was perfect from the moment we pulled up! It looks exactly like the pictures and worked perfectly for my friends and our young aged energetic children. The whole process was easy and made it feel like home. The place was spotless and felt like a vacation home. The patio was perfect breakfast, ocean viewing or gazing at the sunrise and sunset. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need aside from the food to cook. You couldn’t have asked for anything better. Hands down a place we would use again.Thank you “Toes in The Sand”!!!

Nice getaway

The home was very comfortable and nicely laid out. We enjoyed the open living room area and spacious kitchen. We thought about grilling one night but decided against it since the grill was kind of small. Overall, we were very happy with our short stay. Thank you.

Perfect family spot!!

Perfect size cabin for our family of 6 (with extra room if needed), and perfect location. We lost electricity for a short time during our stay, and the manager was quick to check in, make sure we had anything we needed, and keep us updated!!

Perfect family get away

We all loved the house! It was very spacious, loved the outdoor shower, the AC was amazing and the kitchen supplies are unmatched! The upstairs patio had plenty of room for astrophotography and our 2 year old sun enjoyed the indoor space. The walk to the beach was quick. The gulf view from the upstairs patio was beautiful. We'd love to come back on a future weekend vacation and will recommend this location to our friends
