"The rooms are just outstanding. Having a sitting area seperate from the beds was very nice. Reserved a king size bed but was told only 2 doubles was available. Was told that was the only option. Somewhere something got crossed."

I had already paid for that night but absolutely could not stay. I was hoping for a refund but was denied. I wish they would have refunded that ..."
