We had a wonderful stay and would love to go back. The rooms were clean & comfortable and the location is nice w/ only a very short walk to the beach, but set back just a bit so it’s removed from traffic and a little quieter. The price also seemed very reasonable. If I had to find something to nitpick we could’ve used more electrical outlets, but that was pretty minor. Most importantly, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had suffered multiple delays in arriving so I was worried about my reservation being canceled like my car rental, but when I contacted the hotel George was very responsive and I am eternally grateful they helped get our vacation back on track after a rocky start getting there. The pool/bar guy was also very helpful as I struggled to get up to speed the first day w/ all the time change, foreign language & currency exchange, etc. Can’t say enough good things about our experience there!
