Luxury villa with a beautiful view of the Dalmatian islands and the city of Split. The villa has 280 m2, and the capacity is 8+4. It has a private outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sun terrace equipped with deck chairs, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue. It extends over three floors, two of which are available to guests. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, TV and private bathroom. The villa has private parking for 3 cars. Breakfast is included in the price, some of the foods that are included: eggs, sausages, croissants, pastries, 3 types of cereals, coffee, tea and so on, by agreement there is the possibility of serving gluten free and vegetarian breakfast. If you are interested in a boat trip, arrange it directly with the owner of the villa, who will organize the trip for you with an exclusive discount of 15%. A deposit is required in cash (EUR 500.00) upon arrival, you will get this amount back upon departure, provided everything was in order (no damage).

We like that the villa provides free breakfast however it is not enough for the 10 of us so we end up purchasing additional food. The communication with the host is not that great, He offered dinner options and promised to send us dinner menu which we never got. The villa is beautiful, however it does not fit 10 people, two additional foldable beds are added to two double bedrooms which are really difficult to move around. We initially thought the sofa in the living room can be folded to a double bed, msg sent to request confirmation was never answered.

Beautiful Villa

Amazing place - the villa was beautiful and even better that breakfast was served to us in the small restaurant downstair. The owners were very helpful - especially as we arrived on a bank holiday and nothing was open. We also did a boat trip with them which was beautiful. It is walkable down to the shop and beach but Ubers were very reasonable and easy to get. Highly recommend.

We booked this stay only one day prior to arrival. The place is beautiful and plenty of room with a 4 bedrooms having a king bed. Upon arrival it was very difficult to locate as we never received instructions for checking in. We were just lucky to ask the right person who happened to step outside. No phone numbers were provided for assistance. It is convenient to restaurants but not within walking distance. The location is a bit tricky to locate as the street is more like an alley and very narrow. We were very pleased with the accommodation once we finally got settled in
