"I didn't like my stay at Hyatt Place in room 1214, the AC wasn't cold and I was itching on their linens. I called their internal room operator to leave a message on voicemail but they didn't take any action and I don't know if they got my message. I requested an electric kettle on May 28 but nothing happened. I paid properly. I hope the next time someone books there at Hyatt Place LAX 5959 W. Century Blvd Los Angeles California they will give the guests what they request. I just liked their breakfast buffet and the staff & services at the bar & restaurant. The shuttle bus and the driver are nice. But the room & services are very poor. Feedback"
