The pictures of this house is very accurate and it was terrific to have five bedrooms for my girlfriend gathering for a funeral. The kitchen and familyroom are nice. The negative: Because we were coming from all over the east coast we had more than 4 cars. The listing says you have use of a garage and you do not and are told NOT to park on the street or you will be ticketed. At times whoever was responding to me kept saying 6 cars fit in the driveway, but don't block the sidewalk. This correspondence was annoying, because no way 6 fit. As the picture shows there is one big sofa in the familyroom. When you get there, there is a sign that says absolutely don't move the furniture, which means you can't move the dining chairs into the familyroom, to make up for the lack of seating. While this sofa works for a family of 4, it does not for 8 girlfriends. Lastly, you can not change the thermostat from AC to heat or vice versa. They have the thermostat locked so you must contact them first. This isn't convenient with the big range of temperatures in Pittsburgh at this time of year, hot during the day and chilly at night. If their response was immediate, that limitation may be fine, but their response is not quick.
