This brand new Modern Mediterranean designed building that was just recently completed in 2018, so you can be one of the first to enjoy it's amenities and immaculate high-end finishes.

Features Wood Flooring, Honed Granite Countertops, High-end Fixtures, Stainless Steel Appliances, Complimentary Wifi internet access, DirecTV, and best of all a Fully Furnished Rooftop Deck with Panoramic Views of the Ocean, Downtown Pismo, and Mountains.

The 450 square foot Private Rooftop Deck features a Patio Heater, Stainless Steel Grill, 4 Seating Patio set and a 6 seating Fire Table so you can all enjoy the stunning views this condo has to offer.

Kitchen is well equipped and stocked with all the basics, but also has: A Blender, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Stainless cookware, Stainless Flatware, and Wine Glasses.

Living room features a spacious open concept design with Sleeper Sofa, Loveseat, a Fireplace, Ceiling Fan and 65" 4K Television with Premium DirecTV Service. You can walk outside the living room to your Juliette Balcony and enjoy the Ocean breeze.

Huge Dinning Table Seats 8, and the Kitchen Bar seats 2 more.

Master Suite is furnished with only the highest quality furniture and decorations, featuring a high quality Queen Bed with Novaform Mattress, Ceiling Fan and a 55" 4K Television with DirecTV. It is connected to the luxurious master bathroom which features a Custom tiled shower, dual sinks and Honed Granite counter tops.

The Second Bedroom allows you to have some of the best views of the Ocean, and downtown and also is furnished with a Queen Bed with Novaform Mattress, Dresser, large closet, and a 40" Smart TV with DirecTV Service.

Third Bedroom also has an ocean view, queen bed with Novaform Mattress. Large closet space and under bed storage as well.

At ground Level, there is a well lit 2 car garage for secure parking of vehicles.

324 Stimson - Unit 2 living space is not wheelchair accessible and may also be difficult to access for the elderly or very small children. However, we manage all of the units in the complex, so please contact us regarding special accommodations and larger groups.

For guests with infants, baby gates, a Pack-n-Play and a Booster Seat are available.

This is our second time staying here, and we just love it so much. Thank you for the use of the beach chairs and umbrella. The only reason I didn’t give you an excellent rating is because the bathroom doors don’t lock, and my husband accidentally walked in to the bathroom while his daughter in law was an embarrassing position (if you get my drift). Hope to stay again someday.

Pismo classic car show

We are in town every year for the big car show. Loved the location proximity. Clean new & comfortable. Garage is perfect for 2 cars. Parking is always packed in the area. Wonderful experience. Rooftop bbq & table with propane heaters were a nice touch.

Beautiful Pismo Beach Stay

Great condo with all the amenities, including roof top deck. Only a few blocks from the beach. Two car garage makes parking easy and secure. Great vacation stay for the family!

Second time staying here for commencement weekend at Cal Poly. Place was very clean, rooftop barbecue was great for cooking and avoiding the restaurant crowds, convenient street parking for additional guests. Five minute walk to the beach/pier, and a mile from wonderful hiking at the Pismo Preserve. Host responded promptly to any questions/issues. Highly recommend.

I stayed here with two other couples for a wedding. The place was perfect for the six of us and had everything we needed. The location was amazing. The house was spotless. And check-in and check-out were a breeze. We also cooked a good deal and found the kitchen to be decently stocked. All of the bedrooms are on the third floor, so people were able to go to sleep or sleep in without being disturbed by others cooking or chatting in the living room. Absolutely would stay here again!

Property and location as described (i.e 'spot on'). Blocks away from the beach, pier, downtown shops/restaurant. Unit had all the modern amenities needed for a weekend holiday getaway. Be aware the unit has no Air Conditioning however fans were good and the weather cooled in the late afternoon/evening. Be aware...lots of stairs to access communal living floors and rooftop patio. 2-car garage was secure. We also felt safe in the neighborhood in case you're unfamiliar with Pismo Beach. Management communication was great (immediate & responsive via text). Check in and Check out was very reasonable and easy as well. Highly recommend (and would rent this unit again). Thanks Gene!

Easy beach access; comfortable unit

The property was comfortable for our family and was clean and well stocked. Coffee was provided which was much appreciated! The noise from the street was a little loud at night so we used a white noise app. Plenty of room to relax and visit with the entire family! Host was awesome and clearly communicated all details.

Beautiful place and amazing location

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was a great spot with lots of space for two couple and two babies. It was nice to have the bedrooms upstairs so we could hang out while our kids slept uninterrupted. The location is hard to beat! Lots of great food nearby and an easy walk to the beach. We would definitely come back.

Great property in a great location

This lovely townhouse had a well stocked kitchen, good living room area and awesome beds! The rooftop patio was great too and we would have used it a lot more had it been a little warmer. It was the perfect amount of space for our family (3 college aged kids). Gene was very responsive to my requests for extra time in the unit. If we are ever back in Pismo to stay, we will stay here!

Amazing property

We spent Thanksgiving here visiting our two children who are students at Cal Poly. This property is amazing and well kept. Plenty of room to spread out with amazing views from the rooftop deck. The kitchen was great for cooking and we were able to bbq on the rooftop. Great location close to everything in Pismo Beach. There were four of us but we had room for more.

Perfect Location

This was the PERFECT location. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and Pier. Blocks from restaurants and shops. The property was spacious. The layout was good for our group (six people). Gave us a large space to gather but yet individual space for privacy. The roof top was a bonus but the weather was a bit chilly for us to use (November stay). The sunset were beautiful. As noted by others, there is a lot of stairs. We enjoyed the exercise and was not a problem, but not accessible to anyone with physical issue. Place was clean and comfortable. Host was super responsive and accommodating.
