On your way to the State Park you will find a world-class golf course Wasito Winds. The famous Pine Mountain State Resort Amphitheatre concert venue is located within 2-3 minutes as well as the Bell Theatre concert and event venue. The House on Park Avenue is comfortable, safe, modern, and functional. The fenced in yard allows for a great yard to play in and front porch dining. Our area is in the middle of a regrowth. The people are amazing and friendly. Nature and beauty surround The House on Park Ave.
