Historical Hotels in Pine Gardens South, Jupiter

"There was a commotion involving a guest who was screaming and crying about her boyfriend who had beaten her, and he was trying to get into the locked lobby when I arrived. He beat on the door and broke a portion of the french door mullion, he then ran off and had to be caught by police. The woman "victim" was staying just down from my room, and continued to make loud noises with her door open until after 2:00am. My door locking mechanism only worked intermittently. Handyman "fixed" it, but it still didn't work well - door would not open with three different keycards. Interior "hardwood" floor was filthy. Remote control had only a few features on it and I could not get a channel "Menu" with the small remote. Reception office did not know how to operate the TV. Numerous guests were loitering on the nearby stairs well into morning hours (2 to 3 am) smoking marijuana and speaking loudly. "
