10/10! Don’t hesitate, just book! We have stayed in many cabins but this time we were searching for something perfect for kids. This cabin is so close to town, quiet, and perfect for kids! So much to do and keep them entertained without spending extra money out. Peggy puts so much thought into this space. She was attentive to detail and fast to respond to needs that came up (we lost a remote!). You can easily tell this is a host that cares about people! She asked ahead of time the ages of kids staying and had dinosaur bedding and bluey on for them and baby gear already set out. This cabin is also FULLY stocked! I worry sometimes about cleaning before my baby crawls on the floor but this place was spotless! You will not need anything but food. She even has children’s tableware. There were plenty of towels and that’s something I always appreciate. I would 100% recommend this to anyone I know. We even talked about coming back without kiddos. The indoor pool was such a hit and so nice being away from the bedrooms so no one was woken up who didn’t want to swim. I loved how each bedroom has its own bathroom and then several more about the house! Once again, I could go on and on- just book it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The kids loved the pool, fooseball, and the pop-a-shot. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The location was very convenient for activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This is one of the top places we've stayed.

This place was close to everything but yet felt like you were secluded and private. The house was beautifully decorated and loved having separate bathrooms for each room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you could need and the homeowner was always in contact to make sure everything was to our liking. They even provided Easter baskets for my grandkids including one that is 24 and currently serving in the military that was able to join us for the holiday weekend. Beautiful place. We will definitely be staying here again!

If I could rate this more than 5 stars I would. This is our 4th stay in Pigeon Forge and by far our best. The location was perfect and easy to get to all of the attractions. The house was so beautiful and clean. Penny truly thought of everything, I've never stayed at a rental with so many amenities. My kids absolutely loved the indoor pool and all of the games. The adults enjoyed the evenings out on the back deck. We will absolutely be returning to this cabin again!

Penny was truly an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay special.She paid attention to every detail and even personalized the cabin for my birthday - the TVs displayed “Happy Birthday,” and even the scrabble board downstairs had a birthday message. Those little touches meant so much and made the trip feel extra special for me and my friends/family.She was extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with the entire time. We had zero issues during our stay. The cabin was spotless and very well stocked with supplies, which made it easy to keep everything clean and comfortable.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be booking again. Highly recommend staying here!

We had the most wonderful stay! From start to finish, everything about this rental exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the communication with the host was exceptional. They were amazingly prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, making us feel valued and well taken care of even before our arrival. Upon entering the property, we were blown away by its immaculate cleanliness. It was evident that the hosts put a great deal of effort into maintaining a pristine environment, including a beautifully stocked and organized kitchen. It felt as though we were the first guests to ever set foot in the house. Furthermore, the thoughtful touches and amenities provided by the host made us feel so welcomed. From the welcome sign and basket of snacks on the counter, to the abundance of towels and toiletries available, we felt like every detail had been carefully considered. The house itself was beautifully appointed, with a comfortable and stylish interior. The furnishings were of high quality, and the decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the beds were super comfortable. For the kids, the game room, pool and hot tub were so perfect. They never wanted to leave the house!! We are so grateful that this house was available to rent, and we will absolutely rent it again on our next visit to Pigeon Forge. If you are considering renting this house, book it now before someone else reserves it.

It was for my niece's 21st birthday with several of her girlfriends, the property was decorated with big 3feet HAPPY BIRTHDAY signs in the front lawn and inside balloons, banners and personal notes to make her feel special. It was absolutely wonderful.

First let me say I have been using VRBO for many many years and this rental is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. I found myself looking for dust, and there was none to be found. Stocked with anything we could possible need and plenty of it. It didn’t get us started, it was supplied in abundance. Penny immediately responded when we had questions and never made us feel like an inconvenience, so much so I want to know what other rentals they have available in possibly other cities. All the furniture was very high end for rentals from the outdoor furniture to the beds. They were so comfortable with great linens. I promise this will be the best cabin you could ever rent in the mountains. Lastly let me say the game room, indoor pool, and hot tub were fabulous a def plus especially for kids.

We had a beautiful stay. The layout of the cabin was amazing; great for families and friends to have space and plenty of amenities to enjoy. The host was outstanding with communication and hospitality. We walked in to a welcome environment including snacks which my teens jumped right into. We will definitely be back.

Entry was awesome and easy. Location was fantastic right off main strip in Pigeon Forge. The cabin had its on touch of class and personal touches. We loved seeing how the welcome sign had our name and the kids loved the bag of goodies! Cabin was clean and fully stocked for all our needs and more. Definitely felt like a home away from home. Only items that we felt needed adjusted was the bed/mattress we’re uncomfortable. One main sunk in the middle and had a weird firm but soft feel and upstairs, across from stairs bed was very firm.

Our family had a great time staying at Penny’s place. She asked ahead of time what we needed and provided that at extra during our stay. It made for the perfect place to stay at her home and celebrate Christmas with our family. The place had all the conveniences we needed, everything was styled so cute, and the heated pool was a bonus for our kids. Penny was super responsive. When we had issues, her and her team were quick to fix everything. We would 100% stay here again!

This was our favorite place we have ever stayed as a family. If you have children, this is the place to stay — they truly have everything you could possibly need. They make your stay incredibly comfortable, and you can tell they’ve thought of every detail.We’ve been visiting Tennessee for over 10 years, and this has been the easiest, most convenient place we’ve ever stayed. Highly recommended whether you have kids or not. The game room, pool, hot tub, grill, and all the extra amenities are amazing. We will absolutely be back!10/10!!

The cabin had everything you needed !! They even had coffee tea hot chocolate and a basket of snacks for us .. the kitchen was well equipped with pot pans forks. Anything you need for cooking.. I have stayed in a lot of places in this by far is one of the best ones that was very well thought out for the customers

Perfect! We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was beautifully decorated and well stocked. We loved the personal touches that made us feel welcome and all the extra baby items were so helpful! The location is perfectly close to all amenities but the cabin makes you feel like you are far away! Everything was extremely clean and comfortable! We will definitely be back!
